When 23-year-old Era was the last she-wolf to be mate-less in her pack, her life took a drastic turn.
She thought that she would eventually have to mate with her ex-boyfriend, the new Alpha, in order to give him heirs.
But when the new Alpha finally found his destiny in the shape of a small wounded rogue, Era's denial toward the little thing and the rejection she felt from her own pack drove her to think that she didn't belong there any longer.
