The golden trio are coming back to Hogwarts to finish their education, and while they aren't defeating a dark Lord this year, life is anything but ordinary. The war effected everyone differently, and they all face a new problem: finding out who they really are. Without people trying to kill them left and right, they get a sense of their own personality, something they hadn't had time to do in years.

The golden trio are hanging out in the library, studying for their finals that were yet to come. It was the year after the war, 8th year to be exact. Draco comes up to them and starts talking to them. The Battle of Hogwarts was hard on everyone, some more than others, unfortunately even though Lord Voldemort had been defeated, the war hadn't been won yet. The last of the remaining Death Eaters await trial and the final few funerals take place, but something seems off. After Voldemort had died it had seemed to quiet down too quickly, the war had ended too easily, and while most took the speedy victory as a blessing, Harry saw it as a sign for caution.
