The afterlife?

Eimear Black, a girl who spent most of her life in the hospital. Her parents, her siblings and the person she adored, Aaron Fineberg, would all visit her constantly. The doctor said she should be able to live up to a couple of years after doing a specific procedure. One day her heart stopped, her skin gradually turned pale as she took her last breath seconds ago.
