I grew up with animated movies, and as I got older I turned to anime and Japanese animated movies. Studio Ghibli was one of the most relevant animation producers in my life, so this is for them. If you haven't seen these films, I would 10/10 recommend you do!
The movies referenced are Kiki's Delivery Service, My Neighbor Totoro, Howl's Moving Castle, Ponyo, Grave of the Fireflies, and Spirited Away.

When I was 15 years of age, I was prepared to take my life. I watched an anime series called Neon Genesis Evangelion, and decided not to. 18 years later I wrote a book about everything that happened in-between.
