She was trained all her life to be the best killing machine that her agency has ever had. This whole world takes place in a futuristic digital world (kinda like tron). She is very tough, but fear is a constant no matter who you are. In the story, fear is ruling her; the fear that she's failing Drew. If she, her family, and her neighbors were not in this setting, she'd be perfectly happy. But she can't be happy now, not with everything that's going on.

Getting kidnapped is something no one wants to go through but this kidnapping, had kennedy known what came with it, she would reluctantly walked out the door with them.
