Dan Howell was once a closeted gay 17 year old, until one of the most known guys on campus of Anderson University, discovers this secret that he had once kept. His secret soon becomes known by almost everyone on campus, and begins to get bullied for it, but soon a new student arrives that goes by the name of Phil Lester, resulting in Daniel getting the biggest shock of his life.
