After the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D. Steve Rogers is sure that that's the end of the organization. When he discovers the agency up and running underground, he is skeptical. But Coulson is the Director now, not Fury, and when he meets an inhuman known as Skye, his belief in S.H.I.E.L.D might be restored, and maybe, Peggy might not have been his last love.
