  In a futuristic society, thirteen- year olds receive a dot, or dots on their arm after a number of tests. One dot means that they are a leader, the more superior. Leaders get to, well,lead. Two dots means that you are a follower, usually called the more inferior of the two. The dots determine your future.
  Meet Ollie, a twelve year old girl who escaped her war torn home planet Nebula, struggles to make ends meet on her new planet, Casanova. Her birthday nears, and when she sees the end result of the tests, Ollie may be the chosen one Nebula needs.
