"This isn't right" I said, taking a step back.

"Raven... I love you," Prince Henry said, resting his hand firmly on my shoulder.

"No... You cannot. You are the Prince and I am no more than a ladies maid."

"I don't care. I will speak with my father and you will be my Princess. You are my best friend. I have always loved you" he said, as a smile slowly crept up his face. "Just please Raven, tell me and I am yours."

"Wake up." The icy splash of water jolted Jasmine awake, her breath hitching as reality crashed down. Disoriented and trembling, she barely registered a hand striking her cheek. The sharp sting and the metallic tang of blood grounded her in a nightmare she couldn't escape. Sebastian loomed over her, his presence as sharp and cold as the venom in his voice. "Welcome, princess. How do you find Montague's hospitality?" His smirk was colder than the water dripping from her face. "I bring news," he continued, his words cutting like a blade. "Your father has finally met justice-straight to hell." Jasmine froze, tears welling in her eyes. "No," she whispered, shaking her head. "What happened to my father? What did you do to him?" Sebastian's smirk twisted into something darker. "What did I do?" he repeated, his voice low and venomous. "I gave your father exactly what he deserved-for destroying my sister's life, for tearing my family apart." He leaned in closer, his gaze piercing and unrelenting. "But don't mistake this for an ending, Jasmine. This is only the beginning." Her voice cracked as she pleaded, "Please-you've got it wrong. My father and I would never harm anyone!" Sebastian's grip tightened on her chin, his unrelenting gaze boring into her. "Spare me your innocence," he hissed. "I should be glad he's dead-but I'm not because I didn't kill him myself. So I'll settle for you. Every tear, every ounce of pain, will torment him in his grave." Even as fear consumed her, Jasmine's voice trembled with defiance. "You're wrong. Whatever you think you know, it's a lie." Jasmine's memories were fragmented, her past shrouded in mystery. She couldn't even remember her father's face, let alone the sins this man accused them of. She didn't know where to begin, or who to turn to for answers. But one thing was clear: He wasn't just her captor-he was her storm. And the storm between them had only begun.

Marie Smith, a twenty five year old who found herself married to the man she'd dreamt of being with her entire life. She'd ended up with the celebrity of her dream, but then the marriage didn't end up being what she'd expected it to be. Henry Smith, a thirty year old successful billionaire who'd created his fame and wealth on his own. He's got the charm every female wants in a man, but lacks one thing. Being a good husband. --- "Henry, let's get a divorce." I'd said it. The word I'd wanted to say for a year already. His gaze shifted from the papers to mine, and he held it. "Please, just free me from this bondage you call marriage." I needed freedom, and I hoped he also felt the same need. He straightened his brows, checking the time on his obviously extremely expensive wrist watch, like he was late for somewhere and I was stopping him from leaving. He turned back to me, looking as uninterested as ever. As I stared at his features, I realized how easily it was to fall for such a handsome face. I mean, who on earth would not fall for his chiseled jawline and defined facial structure that exuded confidence. His subtly curved lips with his sharp cheekbones and straight nose always caught the attention of every single female on earth. It didn't help that he had to be born with beautiful green eyes, an unexpected contrast to his black hair which added to the beauty of his deep set eyes, adding depth and mystery. Broad shoulders and chest that seemed chiseled from granite filled out his athletic build, there was no way that saw him wouldn't end up drooling over him. I mean, he literally towers of everyone at six foot two inches with six fucking packs and an extremely hot stature. So yeah, I was also part of those female drooling over him till we actually got married- "No." His voice snapped me out of my admiration town. --- What happens when Henry asks her to wait a year till they get a divorce and she finds herself actually getting attracted to him again?
