At the age of 9 Caden Brown was struggling to live on the streets. At the age of 9 Dakota Son was struggling to keep himself occupied with only a giant mansion, a pool, a hot tub, a miniature bowling alley, a library of novels and DVDs, several gaming consoles, an indoor tennis court and oh yeah, a loving family. Needless to say, Dakota grew up to be a bit of a spoiled brat- or at least he would have, had it not been for his mother taking in a homeless boy on a whim one day. For a rich, attractive and popular eighteen-year-old boy who's somehow earned himself the title of "Son the Sex God," Dakota really only has two real friends: his twin sister Rachie and his best friend Caden. Three if you count the pet dog. And while Caden may have more than that, no friend means as much to him as his best one. But graduation is fast approaching, and so are the deadlines for college applications. It's hard enough for these boys to make decisions about what steps and sacrifices they will need to make for their futures. It doesn't help when the summer brings in a sudden truckload of new feelings, revelations and changes to their friendship.
