Why You? Devil May Cry.

A few years ago, a young man named Vergil had a child. He gave him up to take a job at a research facility. The facility does research on humans, experimenting on them with chemicals, medicine, and forms of torture to see how quickly they heal in response to such medicine and chemicals. Vergil has just been promoted as head doctor, getting first pick at all the guinea pigs. One boy he decides to experiment on looks too much like his son he had abandoned. Vergil can't bring himself to experiment on the young boy. He can't take him and leave otherwise they would both be killed. Now Vergil has to choose whether to do his job and stay alive, or do what's right and protect the boy and get both of them out alive.
