Toby Braxton has always been one to hide in the shadows and get on with his life without the bother of upholding an unrealistic reputation that will eventually crash and burn. He may not have many friends or thinks he needs many but he certainly doesn't have enemies. Well didn't have enemies.

Toby had known he wasn't straight for almost 5 years now and had accepted himself but was still deep inside the closet. This changes, however, when he is caught in a not-so-innocent position with one of the school's quarterbacks on his 18th birthday and is stuck with the new title of public enemy #1. Everyone around him made sure his life was a living hell and although it was painful, Toby refused to be broken. Unfortunately there's not much anything can do to prevent breakage when a wrecking ball is thrown at it without warning.
When Toby's abusive, drug driven parents find out about his sexuality they quickly chuck Toby out.

With no place to stay and no friends to turn to will he lose hope or will someone be there to give Toby a helping hand and the love he deserves?
