Being Ripple sucks, especially when you're in love, and having pests for friends doesn't help. He's stuck with an old, psychotic, perverted man that constantly flirts and forces himself onto Ripple, and an eternally twelve year old demon with three people in his head; one of which is tolerable. Pair all that with having to work for a mafia of supernatural creatures and you have a recipe for disaster
Being Darci is average. You go to work, get the job done, go home, and take the occasional trip to the cafe. Life is average, there's no pests to deal with, but upon meeting Ripple that all might change.

They took you in, capturing you to mold you into a soldier fighting for the survey corps. You despised the survey corps at first. After all, they stole you from your home.
