It is based on the song "Forest" by Twenty One Pilots (a pretty great song used for a trauma inducing story). This is a work of Joshler fanfiction (Joshler being the pairing of Josh Dun and Tyler Joseph). It is pretty well written but is known to be cringey due to the sexual scene in the story. *Wattpad deleted my original and i have literally no idea why. There was no smut, rasicm,eating disorders, or anything triggering in my story except violence and some mild swearing. Tyler just wants people to believe him, he wants them to understand him.
