In a world where dragons are nothing but myths and stories that the elders speak of. A highschool classmate reveals herself to be a dragon when she sees a "Scale" inside of the young mage Dominic. She brings Dominic to a hidden city in the mountains where these dragons can show their true forms and fly freely through the sky and practice their art. A kind of magic only in the legends from a time twenty or thirty centuries ago. The elemental magic of dragons, Draco Magi.
