He whispers sheepishly. My mouth opens to reply, but no words come out. I'm in shock. It's been a little over 9 years. He's the same, but he's not. "H_how have you been?" I say stuttering a little. "I've been good. How are you?" Our eyes meet for a split second, there's something there, I don't know what it is, but his eyes are trying to say something. "I've been.. Good." I shrug. I'm not lying, but I suppose right now, things could be better. What else could I say? Oh, me and your old best friend, you know that one that betrayed you? Yeah well him, we kinda had a fight, because we were about to have sex, and he didn't want to use a condom, he wants more kids, I don't. So I've been searching for him. I can't find him though. Yeah. No. I won't say that. "Where's Logan?" He says looking around. Ugh, what am I supposed to say? "Oh, he.. He will be back soon. He went for a walk." Such a bad liar. "Want some company, while you stroll around?" He says so innocently. I know I shouldn't, but I can trust myself, and Logan should know he can trust me too. So I just nod, and we begin to walk. Little does Kate know, meeting Rome after 10 years, will begin a rollercoaster ride. One that brings the good, the bad, the ugly, and a wolf in sheep's clothing.Complete
