Within a disturbing and mentally insane aura, Janet obtains a sick europhia she can obtain nowhere else. Constantly working beside the ill is what she's always admired since her high school days. Now as head nurse, she's reached the big league; which in this case means the handling of the most severe patrons in the hospital. Through her struggle to understand herself, she encounters five patients who she claims to be twice as sane as she'll ever be.
