"Stop please, I can't ... I ... please ... wait ...please," murmured Lana out of her breath with a barely heard voice.
I noticed Lana falling unconscious, everything else happened fast, me grabbing her nervously with my limbs shaking. Sweat dripping from my forehead, floods from my armpits. The piercing sound of scream paralyzed my nerves, and made me choke my breathe.
It felt useless to run holding her, I thought of dragging her inside the bushes, when I felt it.
An infected wound running alongside my left leg, the adrenaline effects must worn off as an excruciating pain buckled my legs and sent me unconscious.
"Lucy, Lucy," a piece of paradise gently fell on my face. Never have I heard my name so beautifully that my heart danced in chaos. I strenuously opened my eyes, to see the most peaceful, gentle, radiant creature I ever saw. Before I fell into unconsciousness again.
