14-year-old Mikaela Blake (Mickey, to her friends) is finishing up her freshman year of high school. She has big dreams and she knows exactly what life holds for her. From a young age, she knew exactly what she wanted to be when she grew up: a musician.

15-year-old Alec Ryce is the exact opposite. He has no idea who he wants to be, what he wants to do. His main focus is the present, and he knows that, eventually, that will have to change.

When the arts department announces its annual talent show, Mickey is excited to participate. Alec, however, could care less. That is, until he hears that there's a $500 prize attached to the first place trophy!

The only problem is, there are auditions for the talent show, and in order to get through the auditions, you have to be good at your talent, which has to be related to the Arts.

Luckily for Alec, there is a very talented girl with a severe case of stage fright right around the corner...

Finding relationships is easy... Keeping them is the real game. That's what I'm learning in my first one. It's not easy. Our rival schools are an hour apart, my best friend's turning secretive, my parents are controlling, and my brother's still an ass, gearing toward winning the state championship, and still doesn't like my boyfriend, Logan. I get it, they're rivals, and I kinda feel like Logan's team might be better but this season will decide. Being the star rival quarterback's girlfriend brings big rumors and big drama, especially when elements of our pasts resurface - his jaded ex whatevers, and the secrets I thought I'd buried and moved beyond. All of this while I just want to figure out where to go for college and what for. Some relationships will always stand the test of time and distance, while others crumble by the time the high school dust settles. I hope Logan and I are in the former because I'm falling hard for him. Really hard. Forever love hard. Story is ongoing with frequent updates. Please add it to your reading list! When introverted Paige Lewis unexpectedly wins a radio contest, she didn't know she would be off to Florida for a week with confident Parker Collins, the star soccer player at her rival high school. The two are forced to attend the Wanderlust music festival together and after they get over the initial dislike for one another, will attraction form? And when they return home to their very different lives, can they find the time for love? ••• I followed Parker down the hall and he unlocked our door, holding it open for me. As soon as the click of the door closed, he cornered me against it, his hands on either side of my head. I held in a breath because of his proximity. "I've been wanting to kiss you since the day I met you," he voiced honestly and nudged his nose against my own. "You taste so good, Paige, you don't even know." I looked away, not being able to handle his words but he quickly brought his index finger under my chin to bring my face back to his.
