Shadow of Mirkwood by elven-archer
34 parts Complete
In the heart of the cursed Mirkwood Forest, Legolas, the prince of the woodland realm, is haunted by an inexplicable feeling of being watched. Unbeknownst to him, his every move is shadowed by a female elf (I am not going to reveal the name), the enigmatic and fiercely skilled general of the Mirkwood army, who has vowed to protect her prince and her king - Thranduil. Legolas, however, remains unaware of her presence. Every midnight, she cloaks herself in secrecy and ventures out to meet him, masking her identity. Under the cover of darkness, she observes him carefully. Amidst the looming threats of darkness creeping into Mirkwood, the unlikely bond between Legolas and the general becomes both a source of strength and vulnerability. When news of the One Ring's existence and its devastating power reaches the woodland realm, Legolas, along with a fellowship of brave companions, embarks on a perilous quest to destroy the Ring and save Middle-earth from the clutches of darkness. In a tale of hidden identities, midnight meetings, and unspoken emotions, "Shadows of Mirkwood" explores the profound connection between two souls destined to protect their realm and, in the process, find solace in each other's arms. As they face the ultimate quest to destroy the Ring, their love becomes a beacon of hope in the face of overwhelming darkness. Will their love withstand the challenges of secrecy, duty, and the temptation of the Ring, or will the shadows that brought them together also tear them apart?

Bound By Starlight ~ Thranduil x Reader

14 parts Ongoing Mature

Hidden away in an ancient tower, Y/N has lived her entire life in solitude, her only companion a sassy little gecko named Lómin. Bound by duty and the whispered warnings of her guardian, she has never stepped beyond the walls that confine her. Her gift, the power to heal wounds and reverse decay, flows through the long silver strands of her hair, but it comes at a cost. To use it, she must recite an ancient Elven prayer, a song of starlight that could make her either a savior or a target. The outside world is dangerous. She has been told this all her life. Kings would seek to control her. Thieves would try to take what is not theirs. And once her secret is known, she will never be free. But when fate sends an unexpected visitor to her tower, Y/N must make a choice: remain a prisoner of safety or risk everything for a chance at freedom...perhaps, even love. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ⚠️ Warnings ⚠️ • Violent Scenes • Graphic Descriptions • Sexual Themes • Age Gap • Strong/ Offensive Language ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Status: Ongoing • Started: 07/03/25 • Finished: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Disclaimer • I don't own TLOTR/The Hobbit or its characters. • I do own Y/n + some extra added characters
