Cecily Tusignaunt was born in the 1500's and lived a very dramatic and painful life until she died in a shipwreck and washed up on the shore of Kettegat, Scandinavia, that is until she came back to life, as a vampire; but not just any vampire. She quickly learned that she was a rare supernatural creature, a heritic, half witch half vampire.
Flash forward to present time, Cecily, who now goes by Lily Lothbrok and her two brothers head to New Orleans after a witch sentence Lily to death with no known cure in search of answers. Turmoil, new enemies (and old) plague the Big Easy upon their arrival and if they don't figure things out in time, not everyone will make it out alive, but as Lily searches for answers, she falls for the self proclaimed king of New Orleans, Marcel Gerard who realizes all to soon Lily has alot to hide, and darkness follows her, but will that be enough to keep him from falling in love?
*****This story is the second to my store Reign. You DO NOT need to read the first book to understand, but Lily's (Cecily) backround story is in the first book, it explains how her human life was before becoming a heritic, why she is the way she is.

Some of her friends are also witches and others are vampires. When she is a party at her friend Marcel's home she meets a particularly interesting man. She soon discovers that she has a past with this man and his family, but a past she doesn't remember. Meanwhile the witches want her to assist in killing her close friend Marcel. And her magic is driving her insane along with her memories resurfacing. She is going to need someone's help, but no one is strong enough to do it. This war is breaking apart New Orleans and she is right in the middle with the Original family on one side and everyone else on the other. This story was originally going to be a sequel to a Vampire Diaries fan fiction but the Vampires Diaries story kinda failed so I never published it.
