Built in 1988, Screamen penitentiary now holds 532 murderers, mentally unstable, gangs, and any other types of psychopaths that are unfit to live in society . Originally serving as a hospital, Screamen had seen close to 3,000     bodies in it's 10 years. Only 500 left alive. After that the hospital was shut down for the mistreating and experimentation of patients. Abandoned and broken, Frank D. Screamen bought the hospital. And so began Screamen Penitentiary...
Screamen penitentiary now holds 532 murderers, mentally unstable, gangs, and any other types of psychopaths that are unfit to live in society . I make the 533rd.
