"NO!" she screamed. He grabbed her arms, effectively restraining her from throwing herself at the dark, looming mass in front of them. She struggled against him, scrapping at his chest, trying to push him off of her. "Let go of me!"

Kefira finally broke away and raced towards the wall. She fiercely felt along the surface, looking for footholds, or something to grab on to. Her hand met a sharp piece of stone and she tried to latch onto it, but he pulled her down once again, pinning her to the ground. Angry tears began to stream down her face, leaving hot trails behind them. As the flow of tears began to slow, he pulled her off the ground and into his chest.

"She's gone," Kefira whispered. "I'll never see her again."

CAUTION CONTAINS MATURE CONTENT. "Say it, Allison," he said, his voice low as he trapped me against the rough wall. A shiver ran down my spine, his voice pulling at me, the power in it making me want to do anything he asked. I shook my head, afraid my voice might betray me. His teeth lightly grazed my neck causing a sigh to get past my lips. I could feel him smile against my skin. He knew he was going to get what he wanted one way or another. I tried to slip away, but he grabbed my wrists, pinning them down tightly. He pressed his hard body against me. I was aware of every inch of him that was touching me. "Don't think you can just leave. We're not done yet." My stomach tightened at his words, the desire inside burning for him. My damn body at war with my mind yet again. He slid his hand up to the edge of my shorts, slowly working it's way up as his mouth trailed small nips from my neck to my collar bone and lower, stopping only when he reached the fabric. I could feel my resolve weakening as his hand reached its destination. "Say it," he demanded. I moaned, my head tipping back as he moved expertly. I wanted to say it then, I really did. But if I said the words, there was no going back. ***************** Allison Cole has just turned seventeen. Most girls would be excited, but she doesn't see it as anything special. Carlisia ran as fast as her sore legs would let her. Her top was ripped and her knees scabbed from all the time she had tripped on the rough patchy ground. She tripped again, blood dripped from the corner of her mouth as a stone bust her lip. She quickly got up, and continued to run. She could feel his presence. Not chasing her, no. Observing her. He was amused how she thought she could run away. Carlisia's knees buckled underneath her again, she was so tired and in so much pain. A sob escaped her lips, she couldn't take it anymore. Sniffling, she took deep breaths, trying to get up but her legs wouldn't let her. They were just too bruised. She sighed, this was it perhaps. She rolled onto her back and pushed herself up against a tree, just as a figure emerged in front of her. "Tired I see?" The dark voice said after a moment of silence. "P-please just let me go." Carlisia whispered. Her throat was dry from all the screaming earlier. "Where would you go Carlisia? Hmm? There is no where to run to." He mused as he casually strolled in front of her. Clearly amused by the situation. "Well, there are places." He said sarcastically, swatting his hand in the air for emphasis. "Just not ones where you can hide." He tusked finally looking at her straight in the eyes. "There isn't a place in this world, no nook, no cranny, where I can not get you from. I need you to understand that love." He said as he crouched in front of her and tenderly brought a strand of her loose locks to his nose and took a deep breath, momentarily closing his eyes. "I will find you from any depth of this universe." he breathed out. Tears fell from Carlisia's eyes as she looked at the side, trying to push her face away from him, breathing as if a deer caught in headlights. "Well, not that I will let you leave in the first place." He chuckled, tugging at the strand as he finally opened his eyes. They were once again golden. Copyright 2021 ©

"The fuck you are leaving me." He snapped and growled at his mate. She was calm as she was ever be regardless of his snapping. She sighed and turned around to leave without saying something to him because it was worthless. There was no point in talking and especially to him. He grabbed her arm before she put one step. "Where do you think you are going Ara?" He growled so loudly as everyone shuddered watching their interaction. She quickly remove his hand as anger rolling off of her in waves. "Don't. Touch. Me. So you think I will live here and watch you mate and breed that female." She snapped at him. "She meant nothing Ara." He said after a minute. She laughed, literally laughed but without any humor. "That's why you were fucking her in your office just a minutes before, don't you?" "It was a mistake." He tried to reason with her. "But in your case mistakes happened in more than one time. And they said mistakes happened only one time." She said sarcastically. "I don't need her. I need you." He said again desperately. "Lies. All lies coming from your mouth. I feel disgusted just by looking at you, let alone talking to you. And you said you need me? Ha. Very funny. You don't need me and I sure as hell don't need you. This female behind your back is more enough than me. Breed her, mark her or fuck her. I DON'T FUCKING CARE." "I am sorry. I am really fucking sorry." He said brokenly as kneeling on the ground. A small laugh escaped from her lips. "Isn't it too late for that mate?" And she left just like that while single tear rolled down her cheeks. He had made mistakes. Mistakes that will cost him everything. He knew he had lost her and this time completely. She was broken. Again. He did break her, repair her just to break her again leaving a broken shattered woman but strong willed. ---------------------------------------------------- The cruel, sadistic Rogue Alpha and his caring, lovable Witch mate. "So... will you shoot me?" he murmured, his breath warm against my ear as he leaned in, the weight of the gun pressing into his side. His voice was low, almost taunting, as if daring me to make a move. I held my ground, despite the way my heart was racing. "Shut up, or I'll shut you up," I bit out, my pulse picking up speed at the proximity. His presence, his tone... it did something to me. Something dangerous, something I wasn't sure I wanted to control. He chuckled, the sound dark and laced with challenge.
