When the greatest threat of the nightfuries escapes it could end the species. An accident leads the handful of nightfuries left and a mysterious girl to seek refugee on Berk. Where they find one more nightfury and an island of people who ride dragons. The only problem neither the dragon riders or Toothless have any clue about the deadly rivalry between the nightfuries and the dayeaters.
