Brian's POV
Two more bruises today. One more cut. He apologized again, but something was different. He's crying in the bedroom now, probably cleaning my blood up. I didn't bleed that much though. My shoulder hurts- wait. Three bruises, actually. I don't know why he does it, and I think he should tell me. It's okay, I tell him. I tell him I'm fine, but it hurts.
I just wish Brock would stop.
Stop beating me while we're asleep, because I don't know what to expect when we wake.

Brock is an active sleeper and from his history of Rugby and Football- he sometimes hits Brian while they are asleep. Due to this Brock falls into depression for not only hurting his boyfriend, but himself as well. He constantly apologizes, not matter how much Brian says he's okay.
