Warriors | A Prophecy Reborn: Book 1. (The Legacy)
DESCRIPTION: Spiralpaw is the daughter of the ThunderClan leader, Stonestar. Everything seems normal in the Lake until she and her siblings realize that everyone has been keeping a secret from them. Now, the cat who killed the previous Medicine Cat and Deputy seems to be targeting the rest of ThunderClan. Will Spiralpaw and her Clan survive this long, drawn-out leaf-bare? This is a fanfiction based upon the Erin Hunter series, "Warriors". This book was something I tinkered with quite a few years ago, when I started reading the Warrior Cats series. Eventually, I gained the confidence to turn it into some sort of story of my own, introducing my cats (in real life) as well as game characters I've made online. I hope whoever reads this story enjoys it! (Apologies if mistakes are made within the book.) Note: This first series takes place in a different version of the Lake territory. I own this book cover and this story. !!WARNING!! If you're not a fan of horror, and dislike detailed descriptions of death or gore, skip Chapter 28. (This is also why I put the Mature setting on.) Horsemoon's Silence
Horsekit has a great reputation. Her mother, Cinderstripe, saved the clan from the Twolegs. You'd be respected too, right? Until she became mute and disfigured. An accident involving a fox, kills her brother, and permanently injures her. Stormstar, the leader, doesn't think that she could become a warrior, what she wanted to be when she was old enough. So he appoints her as the medicine cat apprentice AND a warrior apprentice. He says she has to train in both positions. And she has three moons to train in both, and pass both assessments to chose what she wants to be. If she fails one, Stormstar chooses what her future holds. But training in both ranks isn't easy. It takes a toll on the body, mind, and emotions. So Horsepaw looses friends, gains friends, makes sacrifices, and finds out shocking secrets.
