After escaping a terrifying and traumatic experience, Lucy moves to a new school. No one knows who she is, she can make a new life. Natsu falls for her, she doesn't want to fall in love, she's terrified of what could happen. When her new friends see her scars they begin to worry, they ask what happened but she doesn't say. She feels as if there's no hope in telling them, they would just see her as a hopeless child that needs pity. Something worse awaits her, all of her friends have no idea of what is happening, and once they find out, it's too late. All hope is lost, and Lucy is broken... After having a traumatic experience as a child, Lucy forgets her friendship with Natsu and ends up a cold hearted person who cares about no one but herself. One day her father Jude has had enough of her depending on him and wants her to marry her off to someone else for the better of the company but of course she say's she already has someone in her life and wont follow his orders. So he decides to make a deal with her: "You live by yourself for three months with out my money or help. If you last that time with out me, then you can do what ever you want and be with whoever you want. But if you come back before that time...you will live the life I give you. Deal..?" Ultimately she agrees, but what happens when the deal is done? Will Jude keep his promise or will there be a catch? Added to the deal Lucy Heartfilia has to attend Fairy Tail Academy, home to Natsu, Wendy, Gray, Juvia, Erza, Levy, Gajeel and many more. She comes into there lives and acts like she's better then anyone, but with the help of her childhood friend she learns that she's not the only one with problems and decides it's time to change. Is it too late? Or will she finally find the happiness she was looking for? And what kinds of secrets does she have that's so important that no one should know? Keep reading to find out.
