To get everything back to normal again. Around those cities are small villages were the poor lives. The people who are barely surviving. The major city is called Alancia and that is were Victoria lives. Her father use to be the Leader of Alancia along side with his wife and brother. Until one day his brother killed him in cold blood and locked Victoria up in a cell. When she turned 18 she was offered a deal. Each year Alancia holds a fighting tournament for public display. The biggest and the baddest fight in this tournament and barely make it out alive. She has to fight in this tournament and if she won she had her freedom back. If she lost she would loose her freedom once again. Victoria knows she can't pass up this opportunity up. Even though she would be reminiscing old memories And meeting someone who can ruin it all Whatever the cost is she is willing to fight. It's funny how wrong you can be about a person. You may think that you love someone for who they are, but they turn out to be the exact opposite. I know I was completely wrong about a few people. It's crazy how you may know someone, when really you don't know shit. Why are people so manipulative? Why? Does it turn them on or do they do it because it's "fun". I thought that life was supposed to be fun and exciting. All about exploring new things and learning nature. That's what we're either taught or told, but they're wrong. Life is cruel. Now if you ask me how it all began, I don't exactly remember but I know it started when I moved in with my grandma who I haven't met in all my twenty years of living. I have been in and out of foster homes since I can remember, living with families I knew nothing about. Being the outcast and them constantly asking me what's wrong because I simply did not speak. The only thing that kept me sane was my good grades throughout school. I got the satisfaction of doing the one thing that people kept telling me over and over I couldn't do. I stayed to myself and graduated high school with honors, getting a full-ride scholarship to any college of my choice. Of course, by having this accomplishment, it didn't make it any easier for me between my foster families. To them, I became the girl who was better than them. But I didn't care because when I turned twenty I finally got to start making my own choices. This is where I wonder if the first choice I made was the right one. The first choice I made was to go live off-campus with my grandmother during my first semester in college. I ask myself how could I be so stupid? But you will see just how stupid I was. Or was I?
