"OK, but the fuck is a fanfiction?" Michael asked me, his green eyes full of confusion. I choked on my spit and froze, not expecting him to ask. He was so pure and innocent, so his question wasn't the only thing to shock me. It was his swearing too. "Its a uhhhh.... Type of story that fans write for their idols, you could say." I said, my voice strained. His eyes brightened. "Really? Could I read some?" He asked excitedly, his innocence being adorable yet really annoying at the same time. I shook my head no. "Sorry Mikey, you can't read it right now." He pouted, but then his facial expression turned into a confused look again. "Have you ever written any?" I looked at him. "Written what, Mikey?" I asked. His wide green eyes were full of curiosity, and mischief. "That stuff." He said softly. "The... The fanfiction."
