Ruby is gay, and that isn't anything new to anyone that can see, or breathe. But Ruby is lonely, and fantasizing about being with girls isn't helping, at all. But once word gets wind to her that another girl at her school is gay, she immediately senses hope that maybe she isn't alone in her small town. With her own criticism and thoughts of those around her, as along with her openly gay best friend Forrest, Ruby hopes she'll be able to find the girl and hopefully finish high school and find love, but saying and doing those things are three completely different, and difficult challenges. She just hopes she'll succeed in, at least two out of three.
