Modern Kwaidan - Original Stories. [Temporary Cover]

Kwaidan(or Kaidan,) is a Japanese word with two characters, the first (Kai 怪) meaning "strange, mysterious, rare or bewitching apparition" and the second (Dan 談) meaning "talk" or "recited narrative."
The word itself describes Japanese folktale style oral traditions which have lasted in one form or another to this very day, some even making it into print.

The three stories in this collection are all based on Yokai, Japanese spirits or monsters. And if you know your Yokai you may be able to even name them! They do veer away slightly from the original stories and habits of the Yokai and Kaidan in question, but stories have to change and evolve to stay interesting. Also I being from a western nation, there will obviously be a somewhat western flare. I hope you enjoy!
