Stephanie Bloom, a student at the University of New Haven finds herself falling in love with the notorious serial killer, Ethan Dolan. Unaware of his killings, she becomes addicted to him whilst he is hiding from the police. She will do anything for him, even if it meant committing murder.

Soon, Stephanie is captured and is put on death row for helping commit the murders. Ethan, the maniac, is still lose and on the run, killing anyone who gets in his way from trying to get is girl out of prison.
