Then great news quickly spread over the city of Gotham, Joker was dead and I was freed from his torture until a new villain named "Scarecrow" rose and chaos rose over the city . My name is Lauren Phillips and I'm 17 years old residing in the more crime inclined part of Gotham...The Narrows, yes I said that. Nearly two years later she finds out that Dick didn't die and that he was under a new name, Nightwing. But will his return be enough to reverse her being the Joker or will she still stay insane?

But along the way she meets a boy who she believes shouldn't be in there but see a different side of him that no one should ever see and to her surprise, she has even dared to fall in love.
