In the depths of a teenage girl's mind, there are certain, and mostly basic concepts you expect to find: boys, self-image insecurity, imagination and emotions swirling with a mesh of hormones and wistful, lustful desires.But in Ryder Caul's case, you will find a universe of possibilities.
17 year old Ryder Caul is obsessed with *Anime - Japanese cartoons - that everyone surrounding her believes to be extremely perverted, which might be true at a certain point. But Ryder doesn't care, she expresses her love for it happily, even though she is outcasted within her high school.
Adopted at the age of three by the Caul family, Ryder is unaware of her exact roots. Both doting on their own accord, Tyler, a chemist, and Jenny, a university teacher, proved to be capable and loving parents.
As Ryder's Junior year of high school is coming to an end, strange things begin happening to her.
As things began to intensify, Ryder begins having dreams - dreams of a woman with long black hair and a flowing white gown. But every time she appears she never hears her talking, her lips move, but nothing ever comes out.
But the weirdness doesn't stop there, she begins seeing strange people all over, just staring at her, they look as though as they're from an anime, or at least from japan.
