You're given a soulmate at birth. You can hear what they think in your head after you meet them. It's a great thing when you meet your soulmate, but when you were to drunk to even remember it, things can get kind of weird. Dan Howell is a reckless teen at First White College. He's what you'd describe as a popular who makes bad choices. Phil Lester, however, always does the right thing, well, almost always, that is. He is always going out of his way to make everyone else happy. He's an angel in a world full of demons. He's the light that brings his soulmate out of the darkness.
