When Illianna Edwards is found lurking around the territory and gets kidnapped, she witnesses both sides of the mafia and is astonished. She came from the enemy estate that had nothing even close to love and kindness, she was shocked at how friendly everyone was. It made her suspicious. Santiago wanted everything concerning the Edwards gone, and when one came falling into his lap he couldn't pass up the chance to obliterate the Edwards once and for all, especially since Illianna is a fighting spirit and isn't easily broken. The plan was to make her fall for him, break her heart and send her back scared, striking fear into the Edwards estate, but things never really go as plan.
