I stared down at daddy's body in the coffin, "What happened," I asked our family butler, James.
He sighed, "Seeing the bill he got after you bought all of those expensive clothes, he had a heart attack. Literally."
I frowned, "Is he going to be okay?" I looked up at James.
He looked from daddy back to me, "Since he's in a coffin, I don't believe he will make it, miss." I was speechless, I looked back down at daddy, my eyes getting misty.
"Goodbye daddy, I will miss you," I kissed my index and middle finger and placed it gently on daddy's pale forehead. I noticed some gray streaks in his hair, I knew my daddy was not but I didn't know he was that old.
"I hope you and mommy will have a good time together since you reunited," I smiled sadly at him, I turned back around and hugged James, tears rolling down my cheeks, my mascara running.
James patted my head, "It's going to be fine, miss. He's happy up there."
I nodded slightly, I let go and we walked back to our seats. I looked back, seeing him for the last time, "I love you," I whisper to daddy.
