My story, about a girl who seeks relief through depressing poems, quotes and a pair of scissors. She eventually realizes with help from God and her friends, that depression is in your control. A 17yrs old girl called heather goes through mental breakdown at night for the past year while no one notices and every time she gets better people around here makes her feel worse than she actually is . She starts searching for that person because she was 100% sure that this person existed because she had hope . But her parents stood like a wall in front of her but she didn't stop . - Part 2 - Her depression and anxiety comes back but this time it is so much worse than what she had . She describes them but in a different way , in a way of how she feels .She tried doing something that changed her life . "It can be hard to express your feelings sometimes . You may feel like you're unable to find the right words . So through this book , I hope I can help you put your feelings into words .
