The Siren's Tear and the Black Seas

After the Great War, a grand dome like wall to protect the new citizens in a superior and persevered environment, called Uurbs, was created by The Order. The Order strive for the better future of the people, or do they?
That unseen to the people of Uurbs, the outskirts of the dome, Caesura and many islands off it, are inhabited by those of whom have survived but have been outcasted. It lacks a sense of security and regulation, it's filthy, polluted and thieves and beggars roam free.
There on Caesura, a girl with amnesia gets captured by pirates and finds herself on a grander journey than anyone could have bargained for.
