Eleven years ago, blood thirsty monsters known as Cannibals layed siege to a castle stronghold in a mythical country called Rye, causing a deadly slipup and enacting a terrible plague known as the Twenty Curse. But Jone Davidson has no knowledge of this. All she knows is that it's summer vacation and Her best friends Fea Grouse and Phil Matthews have been at her side through the whole of it, and her birthday is no exception. But when the slightest moment of clumsiness sends them tumbling into a magic portal at the bottom of an abandoned neighborhood pool, Jone has to take charge in order for her friends and she to avoid capture- or, you know, death by Cannibal. But the biggest challenge of all is yet to come. Because finding out the truth about her origin will put jone in more danger than can realisticly be imagined.

Glassborn

Elara is forbidden from the Royal Ball, trapped by her stepmother's icy control. Her only weapon: a pair of captivating glass slippers, pulsing with a dangerous, unknown magic that promises one night of defiance. The Kingdom of Orenthia is choked by the Bleeding Veil, a magical curse twisting the land to ash. Prince Lucien, a king-in-waiting, is burdened by the duty to save his people through a political marriage-a path he dreads. When Elara steps onto the palace floor, she believes she is only risking her freedom. But the moment Lucien touches her, his keen senses register a dissonance: a power so raw and chaotic it could destroy them both, yet it calls to him like a desperate prayer. He needs her strength to fight the darkness. She only wants to escape her shadow. But in a cursed kingdom, a terrifying question remains: Are they a fated pair, or are they a single disaster waiting to happen? ~~~ A twist on the classic Cinderella story.
