Henry Årstider is a 13 year old boy, his father is King Årstider and his mother in unknown, yet she is thought to be very powerful. His sister is Kaley Årstider who takes care of Henry while in the mortal world. His father, King Årstider, has many children. The most known are Henry Årstider, Kaley Årstider, Emperor Snefaun, and Emperor Life. Emperor Snefaun has a daughter, Emperress Autumn. Emperor Life has a son, Emperor Solskinn. Each rule a different season: Emperor Snefaun; of snow and death, Emperor Life; of spring and life, Emperor Solskinn; of Summer and happiness, Emperress Autumn; of Fall and Peace. Each are very Powerful with good and bad qualities, it's not suggested to get on any of their 'bad sides'. Henry under goes many adventures with his two best friends Vex Cole and Grey Nixon. Vex is a shape shifter descended from Fall, Grey is a shadow keeper descended from Winter. Henry also
develops a sort of friend ship (Henry wishes for more than a friend ship) with Mørke, a girl spawned from darkness. Her backstory is hidden as no one knows how she arrived in the kingdom of Winter. With that she gained respect from Emperor Snefaun and is his second in command who specializes in death. Henry knew nothing of his past til he was 13, when his long term best friends Vex and Grey take him in a trip with an unplanned stop. Once at this stop Henry has no idea how to use his power, King Årstider sends him Pheonix. An inexperienced mentor to teach Henry.
