"I'm fine, aside from the staples in my head. But, are we okay?"

"You fell down the stairs, cracked your head open, got staples in your head, and all you're worried about is us?"

"Yes! Now, answer my damn question!"

Elliot Jay West, an awkward 20 year old, has a mind built for of his active imagination. This has driven him to write a New York Times Best seller. The only thing is, Elliot didn't use his real name. Instead, he used his pen name, Jay E. West.

Ryker Ashton Graham, a 22 year old big-shot, has eyes for films and directing. That is how he became one of the best directors in Hollywood. He's famous and has a thing for making books into movies.

When Elliot is asked to turn his book into a movie, he just couldn't turn that kind of opportunity.

He meets with Ryker and things start to get a little chaotic, between Ryker getting closer to finding out Elliot's secret and trying to write his next book.

We'll just have to see what happens between the writer and the director.
