Romance
With her little book, she records people and things, the one she sees every day and those she meets only once. Behind her counter, surrounded by the most beautiful flowers in Philly, she sees them come and go and, over the sound of wrapping paper and the scent of lilies, she gets a glance of their lives. And that's all Samuel needs, not a door that she can walk through but a window into the world, where she can hide behind the glass, drinking her coffee and watching. She's ok with witnessing, no need to participate. Until she witnesses the same event twice, but orchestrated by the same person. A girl, the kind that likes to participate in life, stealing food during funerals. This mystery, it's just too big to simply record it. This time, Samuel opens the window wide and jumps with both feet out. Little does she know Murphy Stein is a bigger mystery than expected.

Authors Note: This is book is part of a series but is not a sequel to my other book "Help Me Pick Up the Pieces". The "Destined to be Series" are interconnected but it's not necessary to have read book one before this one. "Parker, we really shouldn't..." she starts to say, but I quickly interrupt her. "Forget about what we should or shouldn't be doing. Do you want this?" I ask and she just silently looks up at me. I lean in and kiss her before I rest my forehead on hers. "Jenny, do you want this?" I whisper. "Do you want me?" She just silently looks at me for a moment. Her beautiful hazel eyes slowly drift down and look at my lips for a second before she brings them back to mine. "Yes. Yes, I do," she says quietly and I smile a little. "Well, you have me. Now are you going to do something about it?" Warning: This book is about girlxgirl relationships between older and younger women. It contains sexual content, language, and deals with non-traditional relationships. If you have a problem with any of this don't read.
