I'M IN THE PROCESS OF EDITING THIS TRAIN WRECK, SO STAY TUNED FOR SOMETHING MUCH BETTER Rose has spent her life being transported from cage to gilded cage. It feels like she has never been in control, never been able to live purely for herself, and even the small glimpses of freedom she sees in distant memories aren't enough to spare her from the pain of wondering: what if? But that question is useless. Because Rose is trapped, her loved ones dangled above her as a twisted form of bait to get her to behave. She's tired of behaving, though. Of falling in line and putting up with torture after torture to please a sadistic monster. So she acts, and though her plan starts well, it takes a sharp turn into dangerous territory very quickly. She's shipped off to her father's homeland to live with monsters of an entirely new variety, yet somehow still the same underneath. Now Rose must engage in a battle of evidence and loopholes, of prosecution and defense, all while trying to survive the cruel games of a group of bored brothers who view her as their next meal. Rose isn't about to roll onto her back and submit, however. Her quick temper and stubborn nature refuse to let that happen. This is her story, and finally, she may be able to break free. Oh, and there are vampires. But let's not talk about them, shall we?
