Allison Evans' 15 year old sister is sick. But not with the common cold or a case of strep throat. Oh no, Natalie's condition is far worse. She has cancer. After running some tests their doctor finds she has three months left, and the Evans girls decide hospice is the best decision. With their choice of hospice Natalie is given one wish from the make a wish foundation. And she chooses to meet One Direction.
