Dunhams can live only through actions. The nobles survive almost solely by their words, feeding off the protection of the King and twisting everything around them to their advantage. We cannot use words to protect ourselves, your steel is your only ally.

The end of a century is nearing, but the Dunhams have not managed to solidify their place in the politics of Aresnia. Haunted by being falsely accused of treason even over half a century ago, the family must look to its heirs to decide not only how they will be remembered, but if they will be at all. Edmond, the one heir the Dunhams can boast is sent away to the Western Territories in the hope that he may be trained for the times to come. The Western Territories, though are ripe for not just war, but an overthrow of its Aresnian colonizers. Nothing in this world of scheming, and war is certain.

Prophecy Of Kings: Volume 1 ✔️

26 parts Complete

The King of England will stop at nothing to prevent the fulfilment of a prophecy he receives whilst at war in Scotland. Even if that means committing genocide against the Celtic people. Armed with the power of the Celtic Deities they have descended from, can the Scottish Clans fight back the King's advance... or will they succumb to his might? The newly appointed Knight Commander of the King's Army, Firmin, leads the charge against the Scottish beasts. Firmin is beginning to realise that the path to peace cannot be charted through war... but his King's bloodlust grows with the passing of every battle. How can a Knight find happiness when he has sworn an oath to a King that will never be able to satiate his hunger for power? ***** REVIEWS.
