Looking at the green door, Tala Aerovia took a deep breath. She didn't know why Gandalf had asked for her to be apart of the quest, but she had nothing else to do. Knocking on the door, Tala heard many different noises coming from the other side.

"I am this close to losing it." an annoyed and irritated voice said. "So, if this is another dwarf, I'm going to-" the voice stopped once the door opened. On the other side was something that was only heard of through myths. "A-a Fairy?"

***

Fairy's, much like the elves were blessed with immortality. However, they were around dwarf height at best, but never the less, they were skilled at what they did. Fairy's were guardians of Middle-Earth, and of the people in it.

Sometimes, Fairy's can be guardians of specific people, as long as they make an oath that cannot be broken. When asked to go on this quest, Tala Aerovia didn't expect that she would be taking an oath to keep The King Under the Mountain alive. Nor did she expect that she would make him see that there is more to life than gold.
