Homicide Detective Claire Armor has always had her emotions in check and her mind clear. As much as her witch heritage was a gift, it was a curse through out her childhood. Anger was a trigger and it tends to blow things out of proportion. Since growing up, she has learned from many mistakes and figured out how to live with her magic.

However, this recent case has been making her feel like some changes were coming up.  She is starting to lose control and it is driving her empathy powers to go out of whack. Anger was creeping up, again. How was she going to solve these murders?Breathe In...1...2...3...Exhale...it is not working this time.

"Are you alright?" It sounded like a man spoke to her from a distance. When in reality, he that was standing right next to her. She opened her eyes releasing the air within her; immediately she recognized him from the bus. "You." She spoke quietly. His dazzling smile replaced the look of worry and his bright blue eyes were fixed on her.
"You can call me Derek," he took a seat in front of her. 

Claire wasn't sure how could this happen to meet the same guy twice in a row; but she did know one thing.
