Eleven Extraordinary Adventures

My name is Eloise Blessett and my life is ordinary. It's not boring by any means, but it is quite plain. I live with my mother in a small town, smack dab in the middle of Wisconsin; a little town called Tomahawk. We reside in a large, farm style home out in the sticks and on the lake - the sounds from the city bother my mother. Between her doctor's appointments and my two jobs, I keep extremely busy and usually don't have time for friends, except Maggie, my best friend. She lives just down the road from us but lives in my room for the most part since we have been best friends for our entire lives and she is the sister I have always wanted, being an only child. I know I said that my life isn't boring, but bare with me, it gets better I promise.
A few months ago, a new guy rolled into town; Thomas Mayhew. He's the tall, dark and mysterious type that those stories tell you to stay away from but the main character dove right in and got her heart crushed repeatedly. Well I can proudly say that I was not the main character of that book; in fact I am not the main character in this one. I did fall in love with Thomas though. Only in this story, I broke his heart - because I am dead.
Yes, I know - another one of those stories - but don't run just yet; it gets mildly interesting. Preceding my timely death, I went on some tremendous escapades with Thomas, all of which I documented in this multi-chaptered, pain-killer induced, mushy lovestruck book. So sit back and grab a cup of hot tea or coffee (either is accepted) and snuggle up in your favorite blanket while I tell you all about how I lived, loved and died.
