People wonder why people with anxiety are in things like choir and theater. What they don't understand is when you get on the stage you can be that person you always wanted to be. Not that depressed anxious person everyone thinks you are. You can be the happiest most fearless person there. The theater is where I'm happy. The theater is my safe place.
